Vacuum Sensor Disconnected Error

Avatar
Ashley Brown

I turned on my machine for the pre freeze cycle and i received a sensor error.

It said Chamber temp connected, shelf temp connected vacuum sensor disconnected.

I checked everything and did everything like we typically do. Wondering why I would be getting a code like that?

  1. Power cycle the machine: Turn it off and on again after about 5 seconds to reset the pressure sensor.

  2. Update the software: Make sure you have the latest version, which should handle communication issues better.

  3. Reseat connections: Remove the heat shrink from the buffer board and reseat both connections there. Then trace the connection from the buffer board to the digital control board and reseat it as well.

If these steps don't resolve the problem, it's likely that the pressure sensor itself needs replacing. Contact Blue Alpine Support for a replacement.
