If there is a shelf or pressure sensor disconnect error, start by updating the software to the latest version. The firmware download and the instructions for how to do it can be found at the link below. Older versions of software did not handle sensor errors properly. The latest version of software handles sensor errors in a much more robust way. Simply updating the software may resolve the issue. If updating the software does not work, the unit will likely need a power board with updated grounding and or a new digital board.
