Started our elite machine last night, about 10 to 15 minutes in it stopped and said pressure sensor. Paused it opened checked the seal, the door, unplugged it. Turned it back on, went to meat setting. Said it would be 22 hours. We have very little cooked frozen chicken breast, and very little cooked chicken livers, spread on all 5 trays. It's now 26 hours, and it's saying another 5 hours. When I was reading up on the issue, it said it could be because of wet, the valve not closed, overloaded, or the seal. Is this normal, or is there an issue. We did notice on the unpacking, there's some type of weather or rubber strip on the bottom of just outside the chamber. When I pull up your videos, you guys don't have that seal, is this the problem? It's brand new. Do you suggest something? Thanks for you time.

Hey Jill,
This question is best suited for our customer support page. Could you email support@bluealpinefreezedryers.com. the machines are vacuumed down 4 times before they leave the factory. The vast majority of the time when there are issues with a new machine it is something super simple.
Thanks
Brent
