Check that the electrical connection between the heat rack and machine is secure. The pins inside each Deutsch connector should be pulled out and all 6 should be at the same height. If any are pushed in, carefully pull the pins out with needle nose pliers until locked in place. If the heat rack still does not reach temperature when testing on the manual hardware control page, contact Blue Alpine support.
