Detail on checking food.

I just received my Blue Alpine and am doing my second batch with apples. I just wanted clarification on checking the food while it is still in the drying part. Do I hit pause and empty the pressure in the chamber and when I close the valve and restart will it start right back where it was? Thank you!!

Hey Kate,

After you pause your cycle and empty the pressure to check your food, closing and pressing the resume button should start it where it left off.
